yoz... i m back 2 blog... so long nv blog le lor... finally finish 1 week of my hospital attachment... left 4 more days... yeah... oh ya... i pass my supp papers too... damn happy sia... no need retake any modules lor... so happy lor... haha... wad a great day 4 mi 2day...
haven do my care plan yet... due tis wed lor... sucks man... haf 2 do care plan... dun even noe wad e manual chua wan us 2 do lor... idiot lor... heng my patient go home liao... like tat i anyhow write she wunt noe de... coz she cant possibly photocopy her case notes de... haha... at least can paly cheat abit sia... 2ml den do my care plan... now lazy 2 do... n oso too tired 2 do... mind not functioning at all...
hospiatl attachment is quite alrite... just tat i dun like 2 do care plan... if not tis attachment i still can take it... time pass very fast during attachment lor... walk here walk there soon break le... den ltr walk here walk there finish work liao... time just pass man... haha... n now left 4 more days of attachment... den going 2 sch reopen le... time really flies lor... keke...
fri my bday liao... dun noe hw 2 celebrate leh... dun feel like organisnig lor... how i wish some1 can help mi organise lor... just help mi organise 4 evening e programme... coz aftnoon mi celebrating wif ping n ah ma... evening i wan celebrate wif my piggy family leh... can some1 help mi organise? any kind soul tat can help mi? coz i these few days too tired n busy 2 organise... i noe it is not very sincere 4 mi 2 organise myself... but... i m really sorry 4 tat... plz... plz... can some1 really help mi? i really wan 2 celebrate my bday wif u guys... esp wif mama, er jie, olivia, glenda, shi ye, chrissie, si jie, bao bei u all lor...
